Autumn stood at the doors of the castle. She didnt know why she was here. She just...was. Some place inside her she knew it was for revenge. But on what? Certainly not the king or the new Duchess. (Who she found out had the same name as her sister). Autumn reached to knock. But she drew her hand back. Maybe she could just stand here. Hopefully nobody would question why she was standing here. If they did ask... what would she say. I will stand here until I know why I am here. She decided.

Aservant opened the porticullis of the castle and beckoned the young lady in. "What brings you here My Fair Lady?" The servant asked politely. Knowing it was either for a bed, food, or to see the king for some sort of manner. "And what is your name?"

Autumn was startled. What do I say.... Autumn considered acting dumb and staring blankly. "My name is Autumn" she started with that. But what next? Autumn entered the castle. Think fast! Requesting the King would give her time to think...but the King was busy...Most Likely. "I don't know" She blurted out without thinking. at least it was the truth. Autumn bit her lip nervously, wondering what the servant would do next

The servant nodded. "Well, Miss Autumn come with me please." She led the lady to a sitting area. "Sit here. I will come back in a few moments. Think for a little bit." She said, and left.

Autumn had no idea what was happening. So much for just standing there! Why couldn't the servant have been taking a nap then she was standing there. She was doing her job....Any ways. I guess I will find out.

The servant came back with some tea. "Here you go miss." she said. "Have you figured out why you came yet?" she asked. She smiled briliantly and Autumn.

"May I speak with the king" she said with an air of decision. What? That didn't make sense. Well either way she knew why she was here. She wanted to do something that would make a difference. That is what she would ask the king. What can I do to mak a difference. She just needed something to do.

The servant nodded. "Down the hall then enter the big doors to your right. The throne room, he will be in there." She said and left Autumn.
