Surprisingly, King Markus Skipped with her, as quite as he could. he eventually got ahead and led the way to the castle. All the while he was smiling. Alice was the first of his court. And hopefully many would follow. The Castle was made of Grey stone and had spring flowers blooming around it.

Alice gasped as she saw the beautiful, stone castle. She had never seen the castle up close before, and she was surprised and amazed at the beauty of it. She crouched down and sniffed one of the beautiful flowers that surrounded the great castle. It smelled beautiful, but she was careful not to pick it. If she were to pluck the flower off of the earth, it would soon die. And if it died, the beauty of it would not be seen by others. She released Markus's large hand from her own before doing her own special ballet through the beautiful flowers. She spun and leapt and danced through the flowers, careful not to step on any of them. "This is such a beautiful castle you have!" Alice trilled, dancing up to him. "It has a very magnificent presence." she said smiling. Her bright pink lips pursed to emit a cheerful whistle before twirling around Markus. "What a beatiful castle I'm standing before. A girl like me couldn't ask for more!" (I just noticed that that actually rhymes!)she sang, her voice octaves higher than what most people struggled to acheive. "Her with King Markus in front of the castle!..." She continued with her made-up song, waiting for some instruction or reply from her tall friend.

Markus walked down a stone path. "Let me show you your room My Duchess." He said and smiled. "Her singing was beautiful. He absolutely loved the soun of it. It was just perfect. He began to think that he may love this woman, but did not dare to let her know.
