There are three categories of Law here in Arden. I will list what goes under what and the punishment.
Mistiminers
-stealing something small from someone: 1 day in the Kings Dungeon
-Stealing More than 3 things from someone: 3 days in the Kings Dungeon
- Stealing More than 10 thing from someone: 2 weeks in the kings dungeon
- Stealing Anything of Great Value: 2 months in the Dungeon
- Destroying or Vandelizing Property: 1 month in the dungeon
- Breaking into anyones home or buisness: 1 week in Dungeon
-Stealing Livestock(if anyone has any): 1 month in dungeon
Felanies
- Stealing from a place of Worship: Public Exersism and 20 lashings
- Letting an Elf or Orc into Arden without permission: 50 public lashing and 2 months in the dungeon
- Breaking into the Castle of any kind of Rayalty: 100 lashes and 3 months in their Dungeon under their care
- Stealing from Royalty: 50 lashes and 4 months in their Dungeon under their care.
Death Parol: Any crime under this section is either going to be beheaded, sent to the gallows, or burned alive.
- Commiting Murder
- Fighting or Killing an elf or Orc without perimission or reasonable cause
- Fighting the King or his family unless if it is agreed upon
Now, as king of this land, I am willing to bend some of these laws for you, if you can provide me with a reason too. I do not wish to punish every one severely. But if you cannot prove anything, while in a fair trial of course, the normal sentance will resume.
